The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) places students in TVET institutions based on KCSE performance and cluster subject requirements. For technical courses, relevant cluster subjects include Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Geography.
Visit the KUCCPS website → for application deadlines and cluster point requirements. Government-sponsored students pay heavily subsidised fees under the TVET Fund.

KCSE Mean Grade D (Plain) and above. Some programs may require D+ with relevant subjects.
KCSE Mean Grade D- (Minus) and above, or equivalent CBET Level 3 qualification.
KCPE Certificate or its equivalent. Open to all with basic literacy and numeracy skills.
